Choco Cake !

It was my hubby’s Birthday ! So made simple Choco Cake (he like’s it Simple). It turned out yummy!

You Require :

1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour

1 Cup Sugar

1/4 sp Baking Powder

3/4 Cup Butter (Melted)

3 Eggs

1/4 sp Vanilla Essence

4-5 Spoon Coco Powder

4-5 Spoon Coke (Normal Coke)

First in a big bowl add All Purpose Flour/Sugar/Baking Soda and mix well (Note : I use little less sugar, we don’t like too sweet cake, if you wish can add 4-5 spoon more sugar).Keep aside. In another bowl beat eggs nicely, slowly add butter (melted), add vanilla essence. Add first mixture and mix well so that no lumps are formed. Add coco powder and beat nicely. Finally add little coke (one spoon at a time, the batter should not be to watery/thin so add slowly).Grease the baking tray & pour all batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min
