Mango Cake made with basic cake ingredients!



1 Cup All Purpose Flour

3/4 Cup Sugar

1/4 sp Baking Powder

1 Egg

Pinch cardamom Powder

1/4 sp Vanilla Essence

3/4 Cup Melted Butter

1 Mango (mashed)

First add All Purpose Flour/Sugar/baking powder and keep aside. In another bowl beat one egg, add butter (I have put a lot to butter to make it soft, you can reduce the quantity if you wish) beat it nicely. Then add vanilla essence & cardamom powder. Mix well. Slowly add the first mixture (All Purpose Flour/Sugar/baking powder) with spoon and mix well. At end add mango (mashed). Grease baking tray & bake at 350 degree around 30-45 min. When it turns light brown it’s almost ready to eat. Mango Cake is ready!
